The first half of the year has been exciting – full of executing, learning, a strong spirit of collaboration, and navigating the crosswinds of a tricky market. One thing is certain: the world is changing, but Mallow doesn’t stand still.
At Mallow, we’ve had the privilege of growing even as others tread carefully. While clients’ caution is clearly felt in the broader market, we’ve continued to move forward with purpose. That’s no coincidence – it’s the result of real effort. Our people have truly leveled up. Their expertise isn’t static – it’s alive, dynamic, and constantly evolving. Our experts are ready to meet even the latest client expectations – and often exceed them.
At the same time, the price and value formation force some reflection. Pricing pressures are real, and it feels like we’re back to early 2010s rates. The traditional time & material -model holds on stubbornly, even though real value often emerges elsewhere: in the tangible solution, in the success that’s built on trust and co-creation. We believe that value creation doesn’t always follow a stopwatch.
Learning new things has also changed shape. It’s no longer enough to read the manual – you need the courage to experiment, shoulder to shoulder with the client, hands-on. Knowledge is born from interaction and a willingness to dive in. That’s why we’ve made Mallow a place where people have the right environment to learn and grow.
Mallow vibe is good – and it shows. We’ve been able to offer people exciting projects, opportunities to work remotely or from the office based on their own rhythm, and gatherings that are shaped by individual preferences. Our monthly get-togethers reflect our people – sometimes sporty, sometimes professional deep dives. What matters is that people connect.
Maybe that’s why something hard to define but easy to feel has emerged here: a sense of shared purpose. It’s not the result of a single campaign or mission, but the everyday atmosphere. It feels like everyone here genuinely believes in the same direction – and wants to work toward it together.
Right now, we’re growing at a healthy pace compared to last year. We’re heading into autumn with new recruits onboard – new energy, new perspectives. It’s exciting to see how people in different roles are actively contributing to Mallow’s development: in sales, HR, and visibility. Mallow has never been a one-person show – it’s a shared story that everyone helps write.
And that story continues. Growth, to us, isn’t just numbers – it’s also the feeling that we’re moving in the right direction. The world is changing – and so are we. But one thing remains constant: the desire to work together, smartly and meaningfully.
